Huis aan de Sluis is situated in the middle of the historic city centre, with its unique specialty shops, museums, market square with terraces, the Mill, the Grote Kerk (the big Church), the harbour and the Waterweg. Huis aan de Sluis is also a good base from which to explore Midden-Delfland and Westland by bicycle. The beach of Hoek van Holland is only 8 kilometres away and Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague are also easily accessible.
